How to participate in On-campus Interviews
& Resume Drops
1. Register with Career Services by creating a
profile and
posting a resume on
CSO.
2. Log on to CSO with your
username and password. 3. Choose "On-Campus Interviews" on the
top menu. 4. Select "Interviews I Qualify for." 5. Select the "Job Title" you are
interested in.
The Two
Types of Interviews
- Open vs.
Preselect:
1. Open
Interview Schedules

If
an individual
meets the
requirements set by the employer, they can
select a time to interview. (Please note interview times are
available on a first come first serve basis and the employer
decides the number of candidates interviewed).
2. Pre-select Interview Schedules

If
an individual
meets the requirements set by the employer, they
can submit a resume to be
considered for an interview. Employers then choose interview candidates from the
resumes they receive. The selected candidates then have an option of signing
up for an interview time.
